About Douglas Disposal

As a kid, I always struggled in school and didn't know what the future was going to hold for me, seeing I probably couldn't make it through post-secondary. But cleaning poo is probably the last thing I would have imagined. After interviewing many people in the waste management space all over Kelowna and the Okanagan, I realized this is what I wanted to do. So for 8 months I studied, worked, and learned the tricks of the trade from the best in the business. With help from my dad, I bought my first pump truck at 23, and got to work. I can't tell you I've been around the longest or am the most experienced because I'm not. To be honest, I'm the new kid on the block (literally), but what I can promise you is that I care about my customers the most and will give you the best service around, from start to long after I'm done the job.
